We are seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client to join their esteemed dealership in Bridgend.

Duties as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage in selling new and used vehicles, offering a broad range of models including electric and family-oriented options
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling of add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products
  • The Car Sales Executive will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery timelines and notify them of any delays
  • Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Collect payments and handle vehicle release documentation
  • Explain warranty and after-sales service options, introducing customers to the Service Department
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and support customers in their decision-making process
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals
Requirements:
  • Recent and proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within a franchise-approved dealership
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour
  • Knowledge of manufacturer training programmes is advantageous
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Motivated, energetic, and driven to pursue every sales opportunity
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Genuine passion for the motor trade and delivering outstanding service
