Duties of A Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Advising customers on finance options, warranties, accessories, and complementary products
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and explaining warranty and service arrangements
  • Maintaining communication with customers regarding delivery status and potential delays
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Collecting payments and ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Building and maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships
  • Introducing customers to the Service Department and promoting ongoing aftersales care
Requirements of A Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven recent or current experience in main dealership new and used car sales
  • Strong desire to achieve results and a commitment to excellence
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively seeking sales opportunities
  • Brand-focused approach aligned with manufacturer standards
  • A full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
  • Flexibility to work hours from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with scheduled days off during the week and alternate weekends off; Saturday hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sunday hours are 11:00am-4:30pm
  • Honest, professional attitude and a genuine passion for the motor trade industry
