Our client, a reputable family-run main dealership in Burton upon Trent, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £16,000, with an uncapped OTE exceeding £50,000, providing excellent earning potential for driven individuals.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Build and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Well-presented and confident in a face-to-face customer environment
- Full UK driving licence
