The Opportunity

We're working with a high-profile, globally recognised sports & events venue to recruit a Commercial Sales Manager to drive growth across their premium corporate events and hospitality offering.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a hungry, commercially driven sales professional looking to step into a high-visibility role where you can own your pipeline, close deals, and directly impact revenue.

You'll be selling high-end event experiences, memberships, and corporate packages to senior decision-makers, within an exciting, fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is a hands-on, new business-focused sales role where you will:

  • Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, and events
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch
  • Sell directly to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact → close
  • Maximise revenue through cross-selling events and memberships
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities

Alongside this, you will support and guide two sales team members, helping drive overall performance.



What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A true hunter - proactive, energetic, and motivated by winning business
  • Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and building pipeline
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by earning potential
  • Ideally from events, hospitality, media, or high-value sales environments

Leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential - this role could suit someone stepping up into a management position.



Package

  • £40,000 base salary
  • Commission paid on all revenue generated
  • Hybrid working (1 day WFH)
