Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional to join a recognised industry leader and contribute to the continued success of their dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving sales performance, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards.

  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
  • Uncapped annual earnings exceeding £56,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £57,000+ based on performance

Duties of the Car Sales Manager:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Develop and implement engaging sales campaigns and events to generate revenue
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to craft targeted sales strategies
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Act as the brand ambassador, leading from the front to ensure dealership standards are upheld
  • Drive continuous improvement within the sales department, fostering a high-performance environment
Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:
  • Previous experience at a Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership will be advantageous
  • Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving high sales results
  • Proven track record in automotive sales success
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
  • Enthusiasm to develop long-term career within a large automotive group
