This is a role for a craftsman who thrives on detail and takes pride in delivering a "snag-free" finish for discerning clients.

The Role

You will be working on high-specification private properties, covering all aspects of carpentry from structural stages through to the final, intricate details.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st Fix: Structural timber work, including roofing, joists, and studwork.

• 2nd Fix: High-quality door hanging, intricate skirting, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry/joinery.

• Ensuring all work is executed to an elite standard consistent with luxury residential expectations.

• Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment on-site.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Experience: A solid background in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, specifically within high-end or luxury residential environments.

• Tools: A full kit of professional-grade power and hand tools.

• Standards: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work from technical drawings.

• Professionalism: Punctuality and a polite manner, as you will be working in high-value private homes.

• Logistics: A valid UK driving license and your own reliable transport.
