Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality as a Chef De Partie:

  • Managing and running a designated kitchen section
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to set standards
  • Organising mise en place for efficient service delivery
  • Supporting and supervising junior kitchen team members
  • Maintaining strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
