As part of the kitchen team in Cirencester, you'll help deliver high-quality food by:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations across service
• Working closely with the brigade to maintain efficient teamwork
• Contributing ideas towards specials and improvements to seasonal menus
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting junior team members where required

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you'll bring:

• Previous chef experience within the leisure and hospitality environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• A positive, motivated attitude with attention to detail
