Key Responsibilities:

As Chef De Partie, you'll support the senior kitchen team while maintaining high culinary standards throughout service.

  • Manage your own section within the kitchen
  • Work across restaurant service, breakfast, and banqueting
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Support the wider brigade during busy services
  • Work split shifts including regular weekends

What we're looking for:

The ideal Chef will have previous experience within a high-end kitchen environment and a real passion for quality food.

  • Previous rosette or Michelin experience preferred
  • Strong section management skills
  • Passion for fine dining and fresh ingredients
  • Ability to work well within a busy brigade
  • Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic approach
  • Able to commute from Bournemouth and Southampton or relocate using live-in accommodation
