Chemical Process Operative – Manufacturing

Location: Manchester

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30

Pay: £13.50 per hour

My client is a global supplier of  chemical-based products, supporting a wide range of industries and applications worldwide.

They are now looking to add a reliable and hands‑on Chemical Process Operative to their manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing and blending chemical products according to production specifications
• Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Packing finished chemical products into appropriate containers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures and quality standards
• Supporting general production tasks as required
• Some duties will involve working outdoors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in chemical, manufacturing, or process‑based work.
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Ability to work accurately and follow instructions.
• An FLT licence is advantageous but not essential.
