Civils Site Manager - EV Infrastructure Project (5 Week Contract)

Location: Brighouse, HD6
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Duration: 5 Weeks
Rate: £200 - £250 - Open to discussion

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a short-term EV (Electric Vehicle) infrastructure build project. This is a hands-on role managing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management of an EV charging infrastructure project
  • Supervising installation of:
    • Ducting and associated civils works
    • EV charger bases
    • Substation base construction
    • Tarmacking and reinstatement works
  • Coordinating subcontractors and labour on site
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
  • Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Monitoring programme and ensuring progress targets are met


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager
  • Strong background in groundwork and infrastructure projects
  • Experience with EV or utility installations (desirable but not essential)


Certifications (Essential):

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
  • First Aid at Work
