A Freelance Site Manager is required for a civil engineering contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and marine-related works in the Immingham area.

The project involves a mixture of drainage, earthworks, reinforced concrete and infrastructure works associated with port-side improvements and industrial facilities. This is a varied role overseeing multiple work fronts and coordinating site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Scope of Works

• Drainage installation and associated infrastructure works
• Earthworks packages
• Pile mat construction
• Small-scale car park construction
• Reinforced concrete and structural civils works
• Minor bridge and access structure works
• Coordination of subcontractors, direct labour and plant
• Management of health & safety, quality and programme
• Client and stakeholder liaison

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering projects
• Strong background in drainage and earthworks delivery
• Experience managing RC and infrastructure packages
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work activities
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Temporary Works awareness beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
