CNC Operator – 3 & 4 Axis Machining
Day Shift | £17.92/hr + £35/day Shift Allowance
Are you a skilled CNC Operator with experience in 3 and 4 axis machining? Join a busy and well-established machine shop focused on high-quality production and maximising efficiency.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay: £17.92/hr + £35/day shift allowance
- Initial shift: Mon–Thurs, 7:00am – 5:30pm (40 hrs)
- After training: 4-on, 4-off, 6:30am – 6:00pm (44 hrs)
- Enhanced holiday: 21–24 days + bank holidays

Requirements:
- Experience operating and setting CNC machines
- Knowledge of 3-axis and 4-axis machining
- Experience with Renishaw probing systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic CNC program editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Self-motivated with ability to meet production deadlines
