CNC Miller – West Byfleet, Surrey
£35,000 – £45,000 + Overtime

We are seeking a CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business. Suitable for an experienced machinist or a junior candidate eager to develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set and operate CNC milling machines (DMG Mori desirable)
  • Edit and optimise existing programs
  • Machine components to tight tolerances
  • Carry out self-inspection and quality checks
  • Support production and team workflow

Requirements:

  • CNC milling experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Understanding of machining processes and tooling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a flexible approach

What’s on Offer:

  • £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • 39-hour week with early Friday finish
