Cnc Miller

Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with a tier 1 supplier to the Aerospace industry in their search for a CNC Miller.  This is a full-time, permanent position working in their state of the art workshop in Basildon.  Working across a 3 shift pattern with optional overtime available at enhanced rates.  Making vital components for the Defence & Aerospace industries.

What's required?

• Time served CNC Machinist
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineer drawings
• Operating and setting horizontal multi-pallet Mills (programming completed offline by ME's)
• Working to tight tolerances
• Low to medium batch work
• Proficient with FANUC or Siemens controls beneficial (training provided)
• Experience working with Aerospace components advantageous
