Cnc Setter

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

• Set and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications where required.
• Carry out machine adjustments and tooling changes to support production.
• Contribute to a safe and productive engineering environment.
• Develop existing CNC skills within a growing and supportive company.

Requirements:

• Previous experience setting CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Minimum 1 year's CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
