Prime Appointments is recruiting an experienced CNC Turner to join a modern, well-equipped precision engineering company producing high-quality components for a range of industries.

This permanent day-shift role offers £20/hour, flexible start times (7:30am-9:00am), and excellent work-life balance, ideal for a CNC Turner looking to move away from shift work.

The Role

As a CNC Turner, you will:

  • Set & operate CNC fixed-head lathes (single & double turret)
  • Work with Fanuc controls (editing and/or programming)
  • Select tooling and set machines from engineering drawings
  • Prove out programs and produce first-off components
  • Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks

What We're Looking For

  • CNC turning experience (setting & operating essential)
  • Fanuc experience (editing or programming)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Basic inspection experience

Strong setters/operators with editing experience are encouraged to apply.
