CNC Turner | Verwood, Dorset | Up to £23/hr + 33% shift allowance (night shift) Looking for a role that offers autonomy, variety, and excellent earning potential? Join a long-established precision engineering business producing complex, quality-critical components for the aerospace industry. This CNC Turner position is exclusively for the night shift, giving you the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped CNC machine shop while benefiting from a generous shift allowance. Night shift hours:
Monday to Thursday 15:30–01:45
(Shift allowance: +33%) As a CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Programming and editing NC programmes
  • Setting and running CNC turning centres
  • Producing parts to drawing specifications
  • Completing quality and OEE records
  • Preventing FOD contamination
As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:
  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • Minimum 5 years’ aerospace experience
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with FANUC controls
