Operations Administrator – Immediate Start

Location: Basildon
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a key role within the business, supporting the operations team to ensure everything runs efficiently day-to-day.

The Role:

Working as part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the operations function, helping manage processes, communication, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational activities across the business
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Prepare and update reports and operational documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and field-based staff
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure work is completed on time
  • Assist with scheduling and planning nationwide works
  • Act as a key point of contact for technicians and operational teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administration or operations support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Knowledge of UK geography (desirable but not essential)
