Commercial Account Handler

If you're a Commercial Account Handler who enjoys proper client interaction (not just sitting behind a screen processing paperwork), this could be a brilliant next step.

This is a SME client-focused role, handling a varied book of Commercial risks. You'll be trusted to look after clients properly, spot the detail, and build relationships that last.

What you'll be doing as Commercial Account Handler:

• Handling a portfolio of SME Commercial clients across a range of risks
• Managing MTAs, renewals, new business and general client queries
• Speaking with clients regularly and building strong, long-term relationships
• Working closely with Insurers and internal colleagues to get the right outcomes
• Keeping files accurate and compliant (the details matter here)

What we're looking for as Commercial Account Handler:

• Commercial Account Handling experience (any level considered if you can demonstrate the fundamentals)
• A great personality - someone confident, friendly and professional with clients
• Attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
• Someone dedicated, who genuinely cares about client service
• Ambition: you want to make a name for yourself and build a long-term career

Salary & package

• Salary up to £38,000
