Job Description

• Reviewing completed repairs and maintenance works to ensure accurate valuation using Schedule of Rates (SOR) mechanisms across Stratford and Greater London contracts.
• Producing commercial reports, cost analysis and performance summaries to support Commercial Managers and operational teams.
• Managing subcontractor applications, verifying costs and ensuring accurate financial control within responsive maintenance projects.
• Supporting month-end processes including purchase orders, cost capture and commercial forecasting for housing maintenance contracts.
• Liaising with operational teams, finance departments and supply chain partners to resolve commercial queries and improve contract performance across London-based projects.

Skills / Qualifications

• Experienced Commercial Analyst background within responsive maintenance, housing repairs or construction contracting environments.
• Strong Schedule of Rates (SOR) knowledge with the ability to accurately value works and identify commercial opportunities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience producing detailed commercial analysis and performance reporting.
• Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across operational and finance teams.
• Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
