As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring candidates meet all compliance requirements before starting work. You'll work closely with candidates, clients, and consultants, maintaining accurate records, managing deadlines, and providing excellent support throughout the compliance process. If you're a strong communicator with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
How you will spend your time:
- Completing a variety of administration tasks
- Record Keeping on the companies CRM system
- Data Collection and tracking compliance on our onboarding system.
- Keeping track of compliance changes
- Tracking Information on an ongoing basis
- Liaising with internal staff and external candidates
- Ensuring good compliance standards across agency staff
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good positive can do attitude
- Good organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
