Contracts Manager required to head up a large office to hotel conversion in Central London

Are you a Contracts Manager or very experienced Senior Project Manager interested in leading a large conversion project from office space to 400+ bed hotel?

Looking for someone to take overall responsibility, management and delivery of the project, ensuring the project is completed profitably, safely, on time and to an acceptable standard whilst maintaining and promoting excellent client relationships.

Look for people with a minimum  

  • 5 years’ experience of planning, directing and co-ordination of projects
  • 3 years’ experience of successfully managing and co-ordinating teams on a large scale as well as a team of multiple disciplines
  • Proven track record of negotiating and monitoring sub-contractors
  • Experience in carrying out Health and Safety Assessments/Inspections
  • Management of client expectations
  • Preparing and presenting reports to Senior Management and Clients

Applicants need to have managed large multi-million pound projects previously (Circa £50mil plus)

Salary is given as an estimate and will vary dependant on experience
