Conveyancing Paralegal

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and progressive legal firm in North Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions while building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

• Prepare and review legal documentation including contracts, leases, dispositions, and settlement paperwork.

• Conduct property searches, title reviews, and due diligence checks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.

• Maintain compliant and organised case files while supporting excellent client service throughout each transaction.

• Work closely with solicitors and colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.

About You

• Previous experience within a Conveyancing Paralegal or similar property-focused legal role.

• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.

• A proactive and detail-focused approach with strong client service skills.

• Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
