We are seeking a talented legal professional with experience in secured lending, residential conveyancing, or commercial conveyancing who is eager to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of secured lending transactions, handling matters independently while receiving appropriate support and guidance where required.

• Draft, review, and process security documentation, reports on title, and associated legal documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, title investigations, and property searches to ensure transactions progress efficiently and without complications.

• Liaise professionally and confidently with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of matters.

• Prepare completion packs, satisfy conditions precedent, and ensure all documentation is correctly executed, completed, and registered.

• Maintain organised and accurate case files while supporting colleagues on more complex transactions when required.

About You

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within secured lending, residential conveyancing, or commercial conveyancing.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a genuine enthusiasm for developing your legal career.
