Counterbalance Forklift Truck/ Van Driver

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT / Van Driver to join their team in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent, full-time hours within a busy and supportive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Carrying out local deliveries and collections using a company van
• Ensuring goods are handled carefully and stored correctly
• Completing delivery notes and relevant paperwork accurately
• Conducting daily vehicle and FLT safety checks
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (in-date and accredited)
• Full UK driving license (maximum 6 penalty points, no major endorsements)
• Previous experience in a similar FLT and driving role
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be over 25 years old (insurance)
