Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio is a 13-19 Mainstream Studio School based in Darwen, Lancashire, specialising in Creative/Technical Digital Technologies and Care Sector.

In this role, you’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment. You’ll support students in staying engaged and on task, working across various subjects and year groups—making each day different, dynamic, and rewarding
We are Looking For:
- Confident, calm, and approachable individuals
- Ability to manage groups of students effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a school or working with young people is a plus – but not essential!
