Apex Educ8 is currently recruiting multiple Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in HA0, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, tutors, mentors, youth workers, and experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience within secondary education.

If you’re confident leading groups, can think on your feet, and enjoy working with young people, this role offers the chance to build real classroom experience while developing behaviour management and leadership skills.

The Role:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged
• Supporting students with participation and classroom engagement
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
• Helping create a calm, focused, and productive learning environment

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
