At Cover People, we are hosting a FREE Primary Education CPD session designed for people looking to transition into education and gain the confidence, knowledge and classroom understanding schools are looking for.

This opportunity is ideal for:

✔ Graduates considering teaching or education careers
✔ Support workers, youth workers and care staff
✔ Sports coaches and mentors
✔ Individuals returning to education after time away
✔ Anyone passionate about supporting children in schools

• Building confidence in school settings
• What schools are really looking for from support staff

Following the CPD session, candidates will complete a mandatory 5-day voluntary placement within a local primary school.

This is a key part of the process and gives candidates the best possible chance of securing paid work in schools.
