CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead a Supported Living service supporting adults with Mental Health needs, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments, and Learning Disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of Supported Living services
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high-quality standards
  • Lead, manage, and develop staff teams
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks
  • Develop person-centred support plans
  • Manage recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Support occupancy growth and referral development
  • Produce reports and contribute to strategic service development

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
