CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living

Up to £45,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead a Supported Living service supporting adults with Mental Health needs, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments, and Learning Disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of Supported Living services
- Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high-quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop staff teams
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks
- Develop person-centred support plans
- Manage recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Support occupancy growth and referral development
- Produce reports and contribute to strategic service development
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
