A fast-growing, high-end inbound travel company is seeking a Creative Travel Designer to join its dynamic team. The business specialises in crafting bespoke, luxury travel experiences across the UK and Ireland for an international clientele, with a strong focus on exceptional service and unique, insider-led itineraries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative travel professional to design and deliver tailor-made journeys for both leisure and corporate clients.

 The Role

Working within a collaborative planning team, you will be responsible for designing and managing bespoke travel programmes from concept through to delivery. You’ll liaise directly with clients and agents, ensuring every itinerary is personalised, seamless, and memorable.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailor-made travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland
• Communicate with clients and agents to understand preferences and requirements
• Research destinations, experiences, and logistics to create unique travel proposals
• Manage multiple itineraries simultaneously, from planning through to completion
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring accuracy and profitability
• Maintain detailed costings and invoicing records using internal systems
• Collaborate with operations teams to confirm bookings and finalise documentation
• Take ownership of a portfolio of client trips

 Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in travel itinerary planning or events within the UK
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• High attention to detail with a logical, methodical approach
• Self-motivated with a flexible attitude (including peak-period demands)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Desirable

• Experience within the travel or events industry
• Good knowledge of UK and Ireland destinations
• Familiarity with luxury hotels and high-end travel experiences
