As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining an assigned sales ledger
• Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Resolving invoice and payment queries
• Negotiating payment plans where required
• Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve cash flow and reduce debtor days

• Previous experience within a Credit Control role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing a high-volume ledger
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong Excel and systems knowledge
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

• Salary up to £32,000
