Must have’s

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, retail, hospitality or property
• Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems to manage customers and bookings
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
• Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to help customers
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and development
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Nice to have’s

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

So, what will you be doing?

• Handling customer enquiries face to face, by phone and email with professionalism
• Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
• Converting leads into bookings and promoting additional products and services
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system
• Supporting head office with inbound sales and customer service enquiries for multiple sites
• Taking ownership of site presentation, security and day-to-day operations
• Monitoring unit availability, completing site checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and security procedures at all times

Helpful extras

• Working on a rota basis, including mandatory weekend shifts
• Full time, and Part time positions available
