Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to customers and internal teams
  • Manage shared inboxes, incoming calls, and service requests
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Liaise with engineers to schedule works and appointments
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience
