Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering exclusively with long‑established manufacturing business based in Northwich. They are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
The Role This is a varied customer service position where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery. You’ll work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to keep everything running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders from the sales team, customers, and distributors
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate order records
  • Liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
🧩 About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, and comfortable working with data.

You will need:

  • Strong customer service or order processing experience
  • Good Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
