They are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
⭐ The Role This is a varied customer service position where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery. You’ll work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to keep everything running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders from the sales team, customers, and distributors
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate order records
- Liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
You will need:
- Strong customer service or order processing experience
- Good Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Salary £28,000 – £30,000 DOE
