• Providing after‑sales support and resolving issues

• Working closely with production, logistics and sales to ensure seamless order fulfilment

• Keeping customer and order records accurate and up to date

• Strong communication skills across phone and email

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable using order management systems (training provided)

• £28,000 annual salary
