Due to recent expansion and the launch of a new SMART repair facility in Salisbury, they are seeking an experienced Vehicle SMART Repairer to join their team. Duties of A SMART Repairer:
  • Perform SMART repairs involving minor panel damage, scratch removal, paintwork preparation, masking, and polishing
  • Mix and apply paints to achieve high-quality finishes in line with manufacturer standards
  • Repair or replace damaged panels, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal condition and safety standards
  • Keep the working environment clean, safe, and organised
  • Support customer enquiries and prepare repair quotations when required
  • Collaborate with team members to support the growth and efficiency of the repair facility
Requirements of A SMART Repairer:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based
  • Relevant automotive accident repair experience, with skills in minor panel repair, vehicle re-spraying, and prepping
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and support a growing operation
  • Commitment to health and safety procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
