15–18 Month Fixed-Term Contract 

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading business looking to add a Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinators to their busy frontline team.

This is a varied role combining customer service and engineer scheduling, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring field engineers are scheduled efficiently to deliver an excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Providing first-line support and resolving customer issues where possible.
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and workloads.
  • Prioritising urgent callouts and planned maintenance visits.
  • Liaising with engineers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates on job progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Coordination, Planning, or Technical Support.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence working in a busy environment and communicating with both customers and field-based teams.
