We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading business looking to add a Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinators to their busy frontline team.
This is a varied role combining customer service and engineer scheduling, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring field engineers are scheduled efficiently to deliver an excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Providing first-line support and resolving customer issues where possible.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and workloads.
- Prioritising urgent callouts and planned maintenance visits.
- Liaising with engineers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates on job progress.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Coordination, Planning, or Technical Support.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence working in a busy environment and communicating with both customers and field-based teams.
