We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company for an experienced Multi Skilled Static Engineer to join their team at a commercial site in Manchester City Centre.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repair, and periodic inspection of the full spectrum of building services - including Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water systems, and BMS.

This is a static role, meaning you'll build a deep knowledge of one site and its critical systems, both mechanical and electrical, and play a key part in keeping building operations running smoothly.

Job details:

- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical, HVAC, water, and BMS systems to SFG20 standards.

- Undertake fault finding, repair, and periodic inspection and testing.

- Develop and retain in-depth knowledge of all site-critical systems and their control interfaces.

- Fulfil authorised person responsibilities for boilers, pressure vessels, confined spaces, and fuels.

- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and Permit to Work regulations at all times.

- Liaise with site staff, sub-contractors, and operational departments to maintain continuity of service.

- Log and report all works accurately via the company's CAFM system.

- Support the incident management group when required.

Essential Qualifications:

- One or more of the following electrical qualifications:

- City & Guilds 2330 (Level 2 & 3), 236 Pt 2, 2360 Pt 2, or 2351 (all eight units).

- City & Guilds 2365-03 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation.

- City & Guilds 8202-30 Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma (Tecbac).

- EAL Level 3 Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Installation.

- 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018) - (Essential).

- NET AM2 Certificate - (Desirable).

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years' experience working with commercial electrical systems.

- Hands-on experience with HVAC and water systems.

- SFG20 servicing experience.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

- Good IT skills and ability to complete CAFM reports.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- Team player with a flexible attitude.

- Salary: Up to £40,000

- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (no call-outs or weekends)
