About the role  

Working any five days from seven on an eight‑hour shift pattern, you’ll support the day‑to‑day customs clearance operation. This is a compliance focused, detail driven role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are key.

You will be responsible for:

  • Completing customs declarations accurately and in line with regulations

  • Liaising with customers to gather information and resolve customs queries

  • Working with internal systems and structured processes to manage declarations

  • Ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time

  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Supporting the team to maintain high service and compliance standards

  • Contributing to continuous improvement across customs processes

About you

You’ll bring a strong clerical or administrative background, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You’ll be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with structured processes and compliance driven tasks. Good communication skills are important, as you’ll liaise regularly with customers and colleagues.
