Delivery Manager | Public Sector

  • Rate: £480 per day
  • IR35: Inside IR35
  • Contract: 3‑month rolling contract
  • Location: Remote with 1 day per month on‑site in Newcastle (nice to have, not essential)

We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support a Government client on a contract basis.

This role requires a hands‑on Delivery Manager who is comfortable operating across Scrum and Kanban environments, with strong, practical delivery management experience. This is not a role suited to Agile Coaches or candidates who position themselves solely as Scrum Masters rather than Delivery or Project Managers.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager within Agile delivery environments
  • Hands‑on experience working with Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong end‑to‑end delivery management capability
  • Previous Government / Public Sector experience
  • Ability to work pragmatically within established frameworks and governance

Security Clearance

  • BPSS clearance required (minimum)
