Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Glasgow, Lanarkshire
Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full time

CareerMakers is partnering with a highly regarded care provider in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Deputy Home Manager for an fantastic nursing and dementia care home supporting younger adults.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:

• Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop care staff while overseeing care planning, medication management, and the delivery of high-quality support for residents with varying care needs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to promote wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes.
   

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:

• Previous management experience within a nursing/care home setting
• NMC Pin desirable (not essential)
• NVQ Level 3 – Health & Social Care (desirable)
• Extensive experience supporting younger adults, individuals with learning disabilities, and those with complex care needs, alongside strong medication management expertise.
