We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with EBD.

You'll work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the team, maintain high standards of care, drive positive outcomes, and ensure the home remains compliant and child-focused.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Children's Residential Care

  • EBD experience

  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification( Must Have)

  • Leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge

  • Full UK Driving Licence
