Despatch Team Leader

Are you someone who enjoys leading from the front and making a real impact on the floor? We’re looking for a hands-on Shift Supervisor to keep our operation running safely, smoothly, and on time.

The Role

Working a rotating 3-shift pattern, you’ll balance practical, day-to-day operations with supporting and developing your team.

Key elements of the role include:

• Lead a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment
• Keep despatch on track by coordinating loads and vehicle movements
• Stay organised and proactive with forward planning
• Support your team with clear direction, coaching, and development
• Take ownership of shift performance, reporting, and standards
• Work closely with other teams to keep everything aligned
