- Repair and replace faulty components in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to the highest standards
- Complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately to ensure compliance
- Conduct road tests to verify fault resolutions prior to finalising job tickets
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Servicing and Repair or an equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of automotive electronic systems and diagnostic software
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a professional approach and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
