Overview

We’re looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join a growing Microsoft Partner. You’ll take ownership of functional delivery, lead and mentor a team, and help shape best practice across multiple BC implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of BC functional consultants
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions
• Oversee configuration, testing, and go‑live support
• Act as the functional authority across Finance, SCM, Projects, or Warehousing
• Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and documentation standards
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central projects end‑to‑end
• Strong consulting background with a Microsoft Partner
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of BC modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, or similar)
• Leadership experience or desire to step into a lead role
• Must be based in Northern or Southern Ireland
