Zest Education is looking for a friendly and committed ECT Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the Walsall area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, Monday to Friday.

If you enjoy helping young children learn and grow, this is a great chance to make a real difference in a local school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Assess, track, and support pupil progress through feedback and data
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs (e.g. SEN, EAL)
• Work with a mentor and complete training as part of the ECT induction programme
• Contribute to safeguarding, pastoral care, and wider school activities

• An enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
