We are working with a friendly primary school in Potters Bar (EN6) who are seeking a Nursery Assistant to support within their Early Years setting.
This role is ideal for someone looking to for a term time only role with school hours, supporting children in a nurturing and structured environment.
Location: Potters Bar, EN6
Start Date: September 2026
Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full‑time, term‑time only
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children within the nursery / Early Years setting
- Assist with play‑based learning and daily activities
- Help maintain a safe and engaging environment
- Support routines, transitions, and general classroom activities
- Work alongside Early Years staff to support development
About You:
- Must have a minimum of one year Nursery experience
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic
- Willing to learn and take on training where needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
