Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children with play, learning, and daily activities
- Encouraging play-based learning
- Assisting early years staff with setting up activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
- Helping with hygiene routines
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children
- CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and caring nature
- Previous primary or nursery experience
