Your Responsibilities:

• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Using assessment to track progress and inform teaching
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and carers and support staff
• Contributing to school life, enrichment activities, and wider opportunities for pupils

What You'll Need:

• A PGCE with QTS (Primary), Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• High expectations for yourself and your pupils
• A reflective, collaborative approach to teaching and learning
